Smells, sounds, nature and wildlife, foods and the elements all connect to each chakra. Foods that benefit the sacral chakra are: oranges, pumpkin, and eggplant.
Some areas of the body associated with the sacral chakra are: large intestine, kidneys, urinary/bladder.
When the sacral chakra is balanced we have the ability to initiate, have a generosity and willingness to share and have empathy for others. We are very creative and have a passion for life.
When the sacral chakra is unbalanced we feel inadequate, frustrated, anxious and fearful. We tend to have self-serving or shallow relationships, and have no passion.
