where animal adventures and yoga meet
Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.
Roy T. Bennett
Young minds are learning. They are exploring their environment, discovering their personalities and finding how to navigate their ever changing world. Learning through play is so important for children to develop their unique personalities. Expressing themselves and learning self-acceptance and compassion aids in cultivating happy, healthy young people.
Young children have a natural love of nature and wildlife. Most often the family pet, or longing for a furry companion, brings smiles of joy to young faces. It is our goal to foster this love of wildlife and our natural surroundings in the minds of the next generation.
Creating fun and interesting activities to engage and stimulate young minds is important for learning at the young age. Developing mindfulness and introducing calm and relaxation is critical for mental and emotional health.
Please note classes will be conducted outdoors when possible to connect with Mother Nature!
Lachlan decided to do “Mrs. Michelle’s yoga” before school today. It was so awesome to watch, then Everleigh joined in with him. You had a big impact on him! Most of the things he remembers are from your teachings!
