These years are important to instill self-worth, confidence, self-respect and more importantly, to learn to love yourself. Here we introduce how to listen to your heart and follow your instincts, to focus your mind and be present and to see Mother Nature as a treasure to be cared for.
One of the more challenging times of a young person’s life, the tween to teen years. Friendships are formed, relationships can be tested, emotions are confusing. Feelings of not belonging, anxiety, stress and so many more are running through young brains as they form and develop. The desire for acceptance and securing are of high priority.
We aim to provide the tools for growing minds and bodies to help them navigate their ever changing world. Breathing techniques, how thoughts affect attitude and how to listen to your heart are only a few areas of focus in our classes.
An infinite mystery is the Force. The more we learn, the more we discover how much we do not know.

Lachlan decided to do Mrs. Michelle’s yoga” before school today. It was so awesome to watch, then Everleigh joined in with him. You had a big impact on him!!! Most of the things he remembers are from your teachings!!

Erin had so much fun in Ms. Michelle’s yoga classes. She really liked the hula hoop activity and creating her own asana. She keeps asking me when is the next yoga class?!
