Classes/Visits

We are expanding on our programs to offer Adult yoga classes as well! As in our kid’s programs, our adult’s programs will teach breathing techniques, meditations, learning to calm ourselves and most importantly: self-love.

Each and every class and/or visit includes an aspect of nature and wildlife literacy. Mother Nature’s Heroes aims to instill the appreciation and respect of all life, human and non-human and to teach how we are all connected.

*Please note small group classes (maximum 5 individuals) can be arranged

M. Boomer
Preschool

Age: 3 years – 4 years

Duration: half hour classes

(minimum 1 and a half hours for day cares. Toddler programs can be arranged if required -15 min. classes)

Pricing: varies according to duration, location and program

Programs: Yoga -custom single class, bundle package or custom series classes. Wildlife education classes.

Kid’s &Tween

Kid’s age: 5 years – 9 years

Tween age: 10 years – 12 years

Duration for kid’s: 45 mins.

Duration for Tween’s: 1 hour

(minimum 1 and a half hours for day cares, libraries.)

Pricing: varies according to duration, location and program

Program: Yoga -custom single class, bundle package or custom series classes. Wildlife education classes.

Age: preschool to adult

Duration: 1 hour minimum for family classes

Family size: minimum one parent/one child. maximum 5 (parents, children, caregiver, relative)

Pricing: varies according to duration, location, family size and program

Program: Individual yoga -Hatha, Hatha flow, Restorative, Custom designed, bundle package

Family -yoga classes only. Single class, bundle package or series classes.
